Together Labs' Innovative Web3 Economy: Championing Diversity and Creator Autonomy

Together Labs introduces a large inclusive Web3 economy, empowering creators to mint NFTs. This innovation enhances diversity and participation in the IMVU social metaverse.

Together Labs Unveils Major Web3 Economy in IMVU Metaverse

Setting the final transactional element for the most inclusive comprehensive virtual economy, Together Labs, the company behind the world's largest web3 social metaverse IMVU, is enabling creators to autonomously mint their NFTs at scale. Notably, IMVU's gender diversity, with 67% women creators and players, goes against industry norms. Now, through MetaJuice, the company's blockchain division, IMVU users can design, sell, and monetize creator-managed limited editions with full control.

The inaugural creator-minted NFT on IMVU was a white 'Bunny Hat' limited edition that retailed at $1.20 and promptly sold out all 200 NFTs. It was designed, minted, and launched by a female creator on IMVU. During the beta testing program, other NFTs created included animated avatar effects, custom nails, hairstyles, clothing, and more. Over 100 creators minted NFTs during the beta period, with items ranging from $2 Kawaii hairstyles to $80 ancient helmets and $100 candy-inspired nails.

IMVU's nearly a million daily active users already enjoy access to over 60 million creator-made digital items in the IMVU marketplace, with more than 20 million digital items exchanged every month and 10,000 new items created every day. The new service empowers IMVU's creators to design their digital items, set a marketplace price using VCOIN according to their preferred exclusivity level, and mint and list as an NFT with full Immutable-backed blockchain functionality - no technical expertise required. The NFTs can be purchased with VCOIN or VCORE.

MetaJuice President, John Burris, expressed his excitement, "We're empowering the platform's creators by allowing them to self-mint their NFTs and enabling all our users to partake in the economy through NFT purchase and resale. It's a significant breakthrough, bringing a key pillar of the metaverse economy to life and granting financial freedom to creators and users."

Before this, Together Labs collaborated with Pussy Riot's Nadya Tolokonnikova, Australian LGBTQ+-focused movement Not Your Bro, and LA fashion collective Freak City to launch Limited Edition NFT drops. Now, every IMVU user can join their ranks and enrich the fashion and culture of this expansive social web3 metaverse.
