Cronos, a blockchain network, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government are partnering to launch the Seoul Web 3.0 Festival 2023 (SWF2023). The festival will take place from July 31 to August 2 at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul.
